BizLoan.now ("we", "us") runs bizloan.now, a matching service that helps small-business owners compare kinds of financing and send one business profile. We are not a lender. This policy explains what we collect on this site and what we do with it.

When you send a business profile, we collect:

• business name;
• time in business and average monthly revenue, as ranges you choose;
• the amount you need and what it's for;
• your first and last name and email address;
• your phone number, only if you tick the box that lets lenders or partners call or text you and give a number;
• the financing types that matched your answers.

When you send a message from the contact page, we collect your name, email address and message.

With either form, our server records the date and time, your IP address and your browser's user agent alongside what you sent.

If an analytics tool is enabled on the site, it records pages viewed and general device and referral information. We don't use analytics to identify you personally.

We don't ask for personal identification numbers, bank logins or your date of birth, and we don't check your credit.

If you send a business profile, we may share it with lenders or financing partners that offer the kinds of business loans that match your answers. Lenders or partners that receive your profile may contact you by email, and by phone or text only if you tick the box and give a number. We share your phone number only if you ticked that box. Recipients handle your information under their own privacy policies. We may also share information with service providers that host and run this site, and when the law requires it.

We keep business profiles and messages only as long as we need them for the purposes above or as the law requires, then delete them.

To ask what we hold about you, correct it or delete it, email support@bizloan.now from the address you used. We can't delete copies already shared with a lender or partner; contact them directly for those.

We use reasonable measures to protect what you send, including encrypted connections. No system is completely secure.
